6 Years in NYC
Last Sunday was my 6 year anniversary living in New York City. To celebrate, friends and I did some of my favorite New York things, including a photobooth (at Lakeside Lounge, one of the few true old school booths left in the city). We took 6 strips, one for each year I’ve been here. With each strip another person joined making each new strip more interesting and fun, not so unlike the progression of the last 6 years of my life.
The past 6 years have been an amazing ride and I can’t wait to see what year number 7 brings. -
I’ve been obsessed with photobooths for years now. I’ve done them with dozens of different friends in cities all over the world (NYC, San Fran, Tokyo, Zurich, Ohio, Texas, etc). I have two goals for this summer: Hit up all the photobooths in NYC and take the photos and make something with them.
