WatchTraining Day
On Labor Day I went on a ride through the New Jersey Palisades with my friend Shawn, co-worker Jon and his friend Eric. This route on River Road is the more challenging, but more beautiful route to Nyack, NY, a common destination for NYC cyclists. Shawn mounted two GoPro HD Hero’s on his bike; one on the front and one on the back and made this beautiful video of our journey.
